hiya . reguler older lovly customer had fall, loss of body function on 80/20 twist large area 8x4 heavily pushed in and been ther for 5 days. Have suggested to daughter replacment rather than cleaning but they me to try. unfortunatly in apartment where unable to use truck mount. any suggestions re products sanitizres  health and safty issues??? and yes my main suggestion is dont do it and re[place the carpet so no need to suggest that, thanks! edward

That is the only suggestion....PPE and uplift, then sanitize area including floorboards etc...

They must be insured, it would cover this.
