Rob are you still doing the Sainsbury's? There's a lot of refurbs going on with the Sainsbury's Locals at the moment. We gummed one yesterday in Warrington.

Combination of both. In needs to be in the front page text as well as " keywords"  Hi1 tags etc.
Your header that reads "Low Pressure & Environmentally Friendly" I would change it to something like "Environmentally friendly alternative to grit/sand blasting"  Or "eco- friendly sand/grit blasting"
You are giving the search engine the opportunity to find what it is looking for.. a commonly used search phrase. Not many people would type in  "Low Pressure & Environmentally Friendly" but "sand blasting" or "grit blasting" would be  a more popular search phrase Hence "eco- friendly sand/grit blasting"
You then need to pick a topic for each page .Take a look at www.cleaning -service.uk.com each page is formatted around a commonly searched phrase ie "pressure washing" "gutter cleaning" . Take time to read the page"render cleaning" get a feel for the format of the page (although it is getting a bit spammy).
The keyword "render cleaning " is found
The focus keyword was found in:
Article Heading: Yes (1)
Page title: Yes (1)
Page URL: Yes (1)
Content: Yes (5)
Meta description: Yes (1)
Generally the search engine would come to the conclusion the page is about render cleaning and display it in the results.
There is lots more to seo than just this but it;s a good start.

I know there is a lot going on with the local stores. They are all at it. We've got an old pub in one of the next villages becoming a Tesco Local.

We haven't really ever touched on these small refurbs, though I have done a couple of them over the last three years.

They seem to have a very quick turn around and not have the capacity for our works.

The set ups of the managing teams is completely different and the people I deal with wont know those teams.
They really don't like sharing contractors across the different sectors, even within their own organisations - vey strange way to manage!!

Thanks for that. I will hopefully get some time tomorrow to see if I can amend the first page and remove the overuse of the word removal on the five services page.

The teams seem to be Project manager, QS, construction managers. They will be quite small teams but they will be tight and will have done a lot of works as a small team. They seem to be quite remote and the progression from looking after one site and moving across to other teams seems a right pain in the ar*e and can be difficult.

My work with the Tesco programme has only just recently moved into two teams and I cannot understand why there isn't a bit more sharing of good contractors.
