Can someone give a newbie some advice on pricing on 2, 3 and 4 bed houses, shop fronts and pubs.  I think houses I might be ok with but shops and pubs I need help because people are asking.

Must be Cheap up north  

I can charge

£12 - £16 for detached 4/5 bedrooms (a few pounds less for semi's)
£7/8 2/3 bed/bungalows
£5 for conservatory side & front (cleaned at the same time!)
do not have a pub have 2 I may get one is single level £15 other is 2 levels £20 (weekly)
...  shops 2 takeaways outside £6 each + one in & out £10 (weekly)

growing nicely in my 3rd week...

But I guess a dorma bungalow 2/3 bedrooms fetches all most £190,000 (just seen a 2 bed bungalow for sale at £265.000!!!  so they have got the money!
