What amp cable.

I need to move my pump controller and need to extend the cable, but what amp auto cable do i need for it?

Higher the better mate -our new liquid logic controllers came with all suitable wire for fitting and a 7.5 amp fuse so logic (to my way of thinking) would mean the wire must be rated above this. Use 12 or 15 amp rated

As a standard we use  tri-rated 1mm2 cable rated to 18 amps,
