So according to that theory, no one can ever tell anyone off, punish anyone for anything and everyone can do what ever they want. i know he'd be at the bottom of the scale, but still shifting a lot to make it worth while them going after him a good fair amount of money wise or amount of cocaine, obv dealing to more than just friends
