i would use an unger vice versa(a 14 inch)as well with an 18in blade on the squeegee side with a scrim in a fixiclamp for detailing.

trad pole work takes a bit of getting used to.ive had years of experience using these tools as i used to use them for awkward windows before wfp.

you should practice on your own upper windows.if your blade is good and not too much detergent in your bucket you should soon get used to it and do a top job.

careful when soaping up and dont touch the top of the seal."cut in" at the top with the squeegee and run across the top just under the top of the window then pull down.you can "feather" the top edge before you pull down as well.tap squeegee on a part of the glass you ve not soaped up after each pull down.then when squeegeed, quickly bring pole down and fit a fixiclamp with a fresh dry scrim or microfibre and go around the edges.

best wishes

Hi All, got home today and the cloths and spray was waiting for me ( thanks Tadgh ). Just cleaned a large mirror and the inside windows of the kids playroom.
I don't know what's in the spray but the results are outstanding! The mirror looks fantastic and the window too. It looks like the the inside pane isn't there, and all you can see is the dirt on the outside pane.
Very impressed. The cloths area good size but not over large and they have a waffle feel to them, which makes me think they will wear well.
Really good results.

just keep using the the pole with your hand kit. It will get easier and you will get faster.
