It is an SLX18 - The seller has added a top alloy convertor into the top clamp to screw a standard type angle adapter on.

That is a question that I am asking the shippers at the moment. We should have been fully stocked on all poles and extensions by now, but as with many things in life the fulfillment process has not been quite as speedy as promised.

I should know within the next 24 hours exactly the schedule for all of these sections to arrive.

i was going to buy extension 7 for my new clx27 but I'm not sure I'm gonna now.. Boyyyy this pole is whippy I can't imagine how hard it will be to use as a 30ft pole.. Pulled it out today for its first 3rd floor job and found it hard to control, might buy for my slx instead.
If it wasn't for the super lite xtreme on it then it might of snapped

avo you should of gone for an SLX 25 mate or 30 .full carbon poles are much more rigid and will pay for themselves very soon if your poling day in/day out.

remember clxs are 50% fibreglass!! ;D ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!

Clxs are perfectly good poles.do the job perfect.i do agree they are a bit whippy at 27ft but for a few windows here and there they are perfectly ok.
I have a superlite pole now that is a pleasure at 40ft.cleaned a large 4 story hotel on monday and was a true pleasure.
i had a slx40 and thought how heavy it was at height and whippy too at 40ft which was the reason for the superlight modular.
i use a clx22 mainly and is a great pole for 95% of my donestic work.
