I think its a case of 2 wires go to battery and the other 2 go to pump, but which ones????

Does this help?

In March 2012 I am undertaking a massive challenge to swim 6.4km, cycle 337km and run 83km over 7 days from London to Birmingham to raise money for the charity Diabetes UK

Thanks for that Tony, but the controller I have has 4 wires coming out of the bottom, 2 red and 2 black.

At a guess the longer ones go to the battery????

Dave Let me dig out the instructions for the V6, we stopped building these variants a while back but will have the wiring info somewhere.

It will be one red and black to the Bat and one red and black to the pump. Let me find a diagram as if you wire with the wrong polarity it will blow the board.

Still looking for the Diagram in the mean time this may help.

The V6 were designed with two red and two black cables, with number idents on them, 1 (red) and 2 (black) to the Battery, 3 (red) and 4 (black) being to the pump. You can also tell the connections apart as the two power cables had male crimps, pump cables both had female crimps,

Heres hoping the cables still have the number tags on them
