Im guessing thats the belt from the pressure washer?  Happened to me. lost two days. now i keep two spare in the van.

Belt is from my PW thankfully, not the van !

Just ordered 2 now.
Why did it break though !? That is the big question !?

Old belt? changes in temperature? not being used much? They can go a bit brittle in spots. A belt on any machine is a perishable item.

Why do manufacturers use the correct belt for the HP & pump?

I have built all my machines and every one has the belt or coupling rated massively higher than is required.

My diesel kubuto is 30hp but the I fitted a coupling rated at 70hp.  I have belt driven 3000psi 30gl pumps driven by belts that look like the came of battleships.

My little machine has a Kevlar belt that the guy said was indestructible

It's probably comes down to cost.

Looks like a suttner st2300 to me too carl, although I think suttner make the triggers for other companies aswell and just change the blue plastic thing with someone elses name on as I have seen Piteck triggers the same, took them apart and they were the same inside too

I thought 2300 but they are yellow - I have seen similar with easy trigger action and that was what I was asking really. Seeing as he's rolled the van, his belt snapped and he's stood with his trousers round his ankles he might not need the trigger he could sent it to me

My pants were up on this occation and the van was emptied of more crap and
organized the night before !!!

My next door neighbour cries when he looks in the rear from his OCD !!

Please, please if anyone is anywhere near, I would take you up on your cleaning/ organising skills! That would be appreciated.

The guns are as follows.



The latest I got from my supplier is the blue tipped st-2300
Because he was out of the reds.

The red st-2600 are the cam versions that are supposed to be easier on the grip muscles.

I find the red ones break down quicker than the blues but are much nicer to use.

With regard to the mess. Here is my attempt at being tidy


But yes you guessed it, those bottles now live in various places in the back of the roller.

I prefer the red ones, despite them not lasting as long as the blues.

The old metal tool box has sentimental value !

I currently use 1 red and 1 blue .

The other two are spares that leak a bit and have dodgy cam action!

1 13hp honda belt driven.
