anyone ever made their own advertising sign/board?
« on: May 16, 2013, 04:53:49 pm »
my mate owns a signage company and said he can get me some pvc signs and stick my lettering on for £15.00 each.
when i had a price of his wodden signs its was around £68.00 each:O
has anyone every made their own roadsigns to leave out whilst working/ after jobs complete, and then i could drill my £15.00 signs onto it!
yes tight i know but im not paying £68.00 each if theres a do it yourself cheap way  ;D

I get mine printed on corex (same as for sale signs) 1 sheet full colour about £100 that will make about 8 signs. Some we leave tidied to gates or on a stake. Id post a pic but it never works for me.

We get some tidy cheap signs made on corrugated plastic then nail them to a pallet and leave on the corner of an estate.

And we've got this bad boy inflatable, which we've only had out twice.

Did you get some amine? I was there yesterday and got 3 drums to keep us going.

We've got a nice wet pour play area 200 m2 to do on the 30th of this month in Aigburth if you wanna come and say hello pal. ;)

If I lived that far away I'd stock up with 16 mate. It's only 5 miles from me.

Waste of time on the floor?  :-\ It's helps spread better meaning using less on each job. No wonder you bought 16!  ;D

Reminiscing now... I got a lad on it and he poured it on straight out of the drum neat.  ;D
