Gildredge House is a new Free School opening in September 2013 in
Eastbourne, East Sussex, it is an all-through school, providing education
to children aged 4 years to 19 years. The school require a supplier to
provide outsourced cleaning services including but not limited to, general
office, classroom/toilet cleaning and management of the cleaning services.
Due to the anticipated value and type of provision this requirement is
subject to the full application of the regulations and will be run in
accordance with the OJEU restricted procedure. The resulting contract will
be let initially for 4 years with the potential to extend a further year
(4+1). This tender and all subsequent documentation will be managed
online, where documents can be made available instantaneously via the
