Best team won, they were talking about Mancini leaving why? He has guided city to 2nd and a cup final must be mad unless the special one is coming? No not Steve maclaren!

We all love Wigan, we all love Wigan. Perfect start to the day watching the highlights of City getting battered then Utd lifting the trophy later. Glad all the City fans have crawled back in their holes! Your getting sacked in the morning, sacked in the morning!

To me it is what sport is all about, the chance that a no hope team like Wigan, with only a fraction of the resources of Man City can beat the odds and win the FA Cup.
I thought Mancini was disgraceful in not congratulating Wigan, not very sportsmanlike in my view, but never mind, the Cup is on its way to Wigan and the very fact that it is should gladden the hearts of all who believe in the notion of sport and not just the might of the cheque book.

Erm,the might of the cheque book?

If it wasn't for the cheque book of Mr Whelan where do you think Wigan would be now?Probably playing the likes of Bury FC.

He has done what MCFC have done but down the leagues and on a smaller scale.

He's done what you have to do in order to compete on any level in the premiere league. Man City's starting 11 on Saturday cost £250 million, Wigan's a mere £11 million ::)roll
