Hi Steve,
I bought a litre of Strong Cleaner and a litre of Maxi and to be honest I can't say that I am impressed in comparison to the Solutions product as they both seemed to do exactly the same job.
To be fair that was just one suit so I'll try them together on a variety of jobs which will be a fairer comparison.

Judy - do you think your postage costs could be reviewed? Thats what stopped me using your products and i think it deters others too - 1 litre of strong cleaner is £15 plus VAT which makes £18. You then charge £8.50 to deliver just a one litre bottle of product. The Solutions cleaner is good - i agree with Simon's comments above, and much more economical and can be delivered with other cleaners i buy every month or so from Solutions.

The difference in results is minimal and the extra cost just can't be justified unless the postage atleast is adjusted - knocking on 30quid to get a 1 litre of product is a lot, when i can get 5 litres for the same

Postman charges the £8 it's stupidly stopping business but the post office accounts have to look good before they privatise it.

Maxi clean is economical anyway probably about 3 or 4 % of the cost of the job.

Chemicals have to be sent by courier who's charges vary from 7.50 to 15 quid plus vat. You could not absorb this on the sale of 1 litre of product which  you may make about 5 quid gross profit. Dont know if LTT offer free delivery on bulk purchase but you need to be buying more than 1 litre of product if you want to avoid delivery charges.

Most people who order via our trade website are ordering more than 1L product.  We can send several items for that cost.  The charge is for next day courier service which mst technicians want.  If you want 1L only simply phone the office and order and we will send it out by Royal Mail instead.
If you want to formulate your own cleaner you can always purchase our Leather Cleaning Concentrate http://www.leathertradeproducts.co.uk/cleaning/pigment-coated-leather/leather-cleaning-concentrate.html which will make it more economical.  Of course all these products have been chemically tested for use on leather and are Reach registered.
The Solutions Cleaner is a maintenance product rather than a deep cleaner so the results will be different.  If you want a maintenance cleaner we do a very good spray and wipe product which will use very little product and worse out very economically.
