hi all, picking up a new pressure washer shortly, going after the rapier from malcleanse as a level entry machine 170 bar, 21lpm, it's 82 kilo in weight , I will be putting it in and out of my side loading door on a ford transit, will I need a ramp or is there a technique to this, also your views on this machine would be appreciated

i'm not sure about a transit but on my vivaro i just tilt it back and get the front legs on the vehicle and then lift the handle so the wheels are off the ground and slide it on, which is fairly easy, i wouldn't want to have to lift it on though.

i've just had a look at the photo of yours and i didn't realise that your wheels are at the front, not the back so ignore my suggestion.

Two old wall shelves, get it the van and just pull in, even easier getting out, I just push it from the van :-)

You will defo need some kind of ramp, and pull it onto van rather than push, lifting that machine will do your back in, I have a gx390 with similar wheelbarrow style, use with my ifor Williams trailer Absolute brilliant machine, with the right nozzle fitted will clean most things.

I lift my gx390 machine in and out of my transit but I would say its more like 50/60kg rather than 89kg. Definitely a ramp for that bad boy.

I use the pallet (upsidedown) that mine was delivered on. Just put some screws in where the nails are.
