What one do use? Is a 1" outlet good enough?

Cheers

Most of the submersible pumps have a stepped outlet on them to fit a variety of hose diameters.
I use 1" 1/2 (38mm) diameter hose with mine.

ps. It says the pump comes with 1" and 1" 1/4 adaptors but I use 1"1/2 hose with mine and it push fits on there no problem.
