Or try Lucas Batteries Online on eBay as  batterybayuk
Check their prices first.

Hope this helps

Have a look on the motorhome channel there are a couple
of videos on what to look out for when buying a leisure battery.
www.motorhomechannel.co.uk
On the video section select view all and you will find leisure batteries and leisure  batteries part 2.
Caravan batteries are not always the best.

Interesting. But what batteries do we buy and from where? How do we know if we are getting a good deal or not?

Avoid Tayna Batteries. The batteries they sell are fine but their after sales service if there is a problem is dreadful. Be warned.

+1 Always excellent service and next day delivery!

Yep, and the price you see is the price you pay. No +VAT or delivery charges.

Have been looking at places online that sell 12v semi traction batteries for golf buggies and
pallet movers.
I think that's what I will be looking to buy for my next battery.
More expensive but will last a lot longer both with power and life expectancy.
I think you need to buy from a place that has a good turnover in batteries and doesn't
have them sitting on the shelf for long periods.
Battery materials are expensive so if the battery is cheap corners have been cut.
But totally agree its hard to know if you are getting a good battery or not.
