Last I heard, Alex was running a very successful business called 'Gardiner Pole Systems'

This would suggest that his time is valuable and therefore doesn't spend several hours a day answering questions on the CIU Forum.

Why don't you use the contact form on his website?

Dear rg1, this is what the forum is for to exchange information, i realise Alex runs a very successful business called
'Gardiner Pole Systems', and that he all so spends some time on this forum answering questions and giving advice,
Alex gets a lot of business from members on this forum, and he will be getting a lot of business from me, that is why
the question was aimed at Alex and not at you.  If i wanted your sarcastic remarks i would personally ask you for them.

Regards

alex comes on this forum quite often so why is it that when someone ask s a question that someone always has to answer with why do you have to come on this forum n ask him a question.

He does indeed come on here to answer questions and give advice but at the same time, if you had used the contact form on his website, you would probably have had your answer by now.

Hi Alex, when will your new range of SLX 11 and accesories be available at your agents Sureclean N. Ireland.

Thanks

lal

As we have only just released these today in the UK our international distributors will have to wait until the launch has finished - we would rather give priority during launch week to our UK retail clients.

I know that orders for these new poles having started coming in today from distributors, but it will be up to 3 weeks before they will all be fulfilled.

On the other hand rg1 , if a question is asked on here we all get to see the answer , possibly saving several emails to gardiner with the same question .
