i am at ther moment in the middle of pressure washing an area of walkways , these walk ways go around the outside of a large communual carpark and go around all 4 stories of flats that surround the carpark, hard to describe but, the cars can be parked basicly underneath where i am cleaning and the water and dirt is spattered over the side and through the wooden walkways onto the carpark below, screening the sides is not an answer because the dirt and water still drop through the boards.
my question is where do i stand if somebody wanted to be awkward and started ranting and raving about their cars been covered ?
I have over 2 consecutive nights attached notices to the cars warning them of work been done on certain days, i have signs warning them ,yet a number of residents are still leaving cars where they can be covered
I have done some of the work today, and 4 cars did get covered and i did rinse them off after finishing, so far no complaints
.
any thoughts
