Because I was stupid enough to buy the 3400p model. They buy in cheap Chinese imports and sell them as their own.

The wheel fell off mine after 3 months and despite it still being under warranty they refused to replace it until I went to trading standards. The feet have fallen off it too.

The big problem is that the pump does not deliver 15litres per minute and it does not suck water from a tank!!! Trust me and call trading standards for proof.  In the end I replaced their shoddy pump for an interpump and the quality of build and performance is absolutely outstanding.

When I called them to complain they kept telling me that 'jonathan,' was away and to call back. Eventually after a few calls their "engineer" said he would call me back but low and behold he still hasn't. Some engineer he doesn't even know how to dial out on a phone.

Its funny how my review of their product never made it to their website. I might start www.dontbuyfromkiam.co.uk.

Their a fraudulent company and do not supply professional units, there's a reason that pro pressure washers cost £1,200+ and that's because your buying quality products and big brand components.

Buy cheap buy twice... ...trust me, I learnt the expensive way!

Richard, anything with a Honda or Lombardi engine with around 3,000 psi delivering 15+ litres of water per minute and your on a winner.

Kiam should not be trading, anyone got Dom Littlewoood's number?

Kiam, chinese, crap, the way they put on 3600 psi with 15 litres is a p@@s take, they might do 3600 psi, but that will be with a .3 jet, and they might do 15 lpm, but that would be without the gun attatched under no pressure what so ever....
