re pricing -
« on: April 26, 2013, 10:55:06 pm »
earlier topic re 'i dont believe it!' was o about the cheap offers and pricing out there.
had some myself today just point blank ..too dear! annoying response since you can pay anything from a 100 quid to million quid for a car dya think thier all the same mr customer, seriously?

i didnt say this and tactfully worked some middle ground on this occasion. but tend to be more likely to be flexibile with resonable person than just a blunt rude person, who hasnt a clue.

the quote is always the price for the JOB not your income from it. lets not forget from this is...
tax and ni..
pension payment (if you do one),
fuel to get there (twice if not doing it there and then),
product, wear and tear on eqpt,
wear and tear on van,
insurance,
advertsing/mktg (unless custy wants to pay your bills for the year) ,
workwear,
slip on blues,
telephone costs,
stationary,
banking costs,
accounting
time
and dare say much more..

solution - work smart not hard, good work is where you find it.

From the prices I see on websites they clearly do not factor in these costs.

Some will go with the low price, but some won't (fortunately)
