Deionised Car Battery Water
« on: April 25, 2013, 11:30:21 pm »
This could be a completely stupid question.

Halfords sell 5l bottles of deionised water for your car batteries. Tomorrow I have a job that requires only around 10l of pure and for some reason my RO has stopped producing water. Has anyone ever used this or even at least tested it? As I am tempted to buy it and measure it on my tds meter and if its near 000pm then give it a go.

Any thoughts?

Cheers
Tom

It would be cheaper to fill up at an aquatics shop that sells ro water, if you have one near you.
