Parking
« on: April 23, 2013, 07:53:10 pm »
I always follow parking restrictions unless I can get away with it I have this posted in the window van next to tax disk

CEOs must comply with the national legislation

Training and professionalism in civil parking enforcement – March 2008
Operational Guidance 30 – March 2008
Checking and reporting defective traffic signs and road markings.
This includes signs that are obscured, damaged, or deliberately ‘spun round’,
and broken or faded road markings. Defective or missing signs or lines may
make the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) that they indicate unenforceable, in
which case CEOs should not issue a PCN;

hope it may help ;D ;)

Surely these are offenses in themselves?  ???
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.
