Been asked to do some work for a company and they want an "employment status declaration"
Never come across this before, and HMRC websites not much help. Googled it and the best i can find is basically something i write up stating im self employed, and have been for X amount of years and say that i will pay my own tax etc..
Is this all they want? The guy im dealing with in the company doesnt really know what it is, as he is just ticking off things i need to supply to get on the suppliers list.
