Other information:
The tender process is being carried to award a framework agreement to provide
Avon & Somerset Police and Taunton Deane Borough Council with window cleaning
and other associated services. The Customer?s property portfolio is spread over
the geographical
area covered by Avon and Somerset Police and includes a wide range of building
types, sizes and age. Applicants will be required to demonstrate their ability
to meet the varying needs of the Customers as well cover the geographical area.
The framework will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend for
a further one year depending on satisfactory performance and Customer
continuing requirement.
The property portfolios of the Customer(s) are likely to change during the
lifetime of the contract. Applicants should note that Avon and Somerset Police
and Taunton Deane Borough Council are likely to close a considerable number of
properties.
