min price toget out my van is £5 but the only jobs i have for £5 are very very small, i.e. 4 or 5 windows at the most. Most of my average three bed semis or around £10 however!

Im from the east midlands. Hope that helps some!
Have you thought of becoming a plumber :)

My lowest is a free clean a month to the cleaner who gave me all hes old customers, apart from that i have a handfull of crappy £8-£10 houses from years back that i have rows of 20+ houses on so still good work, now i dont take anything on less than £10.

Hi all on CIU, i'm just wondering as a matter of fact what is the average absolute minimum charge that you would

not go in for any less than to clean a average size house,  I know you have to factor in different price's for

different parts of the country, most window cleaners have a minimum charge factored in before they price a job.

Just wondered what the average minimum was on this site.

Hi One eyed window cleaning,

I read your comment [ how long is a piece of string] if you read my post, you will see that at the bottom of my

post i'm only trying to   see what the AVERAGE minimum price is that people on this forum would not go below

to clean any house. minimum price's vary amongst window cleaners but if you add them all up and divide the

people inputing their price's you come up with an average figure.

Regards lal

£1m and a Ferrari for a one off

Don't forget for your average to be viable you will need to discount the top 2 and bottom 2 answers.
