hi
does anyone have an induction training schedule for basic cleaning. I have been asked to document the training of new staff for a client. Which i feel is good practice anyway.
In addition do you offer in house certification for employees who are successful in there training.
cheers

You did not say what type of cleaning training that you require for your staff.
To certify cleaners they need to pass a test at the end of the training course.
Training should be built around H&S as to do many work tasks are often not too difficult but the important part is the safe systems of work.
For example if you do not train your employees in manual handling, it would be difficult to defend against should an employee make a injury claim.
Hope this helps
