Aqua Mix Poultice mixed with Aqua Mix Sealing & Coating Remover or even Aqua Mix Heavy Duty Tile & Grout Cleaner may pull it out.  Another alternative is to clean it as normal and then seal the lot with Aqua Mix Enrich N Seal which should disguise it enough and seal it against future spills.

Fluoropolymer has been specified ...hence the problem no hiding anything . It is a whole town centre and now it has been cleaned every mark stands out!
There is 100,000 sqm  not 10,000 as my original post .

OT8 is great on all type of blocks, though I've never tried on granite, I've never actually come across granite used in this way.

LTP also do some good stuff for oil stains (LTP Spot Stain Remover & Fullers Earth) though works out very expensive and for the area you're talking about it would cost a Richard Branson sized fortune.

Chris,
I would do a 3 step clean on this,
Resiblock OR  first see how much has come out, then OT8 as a follow up clean, this can go on wet/damp surfaces so pretty much straight away after the OR. I'd follow that up with an Hydrofluoric acid wash, safe on Granite, but good quality PPE is very much needed as this is a nasty one to use.
I have used this on Granite before and it will flatten out the surface so might well rid any remaining oil staining. Tensid do the acid, and will send you a sample.

Poultices would be an expensive option and time consuming to do.

Chris if you need some hydroflouric, I'm in Liverpool tomorrow looking a 2 jobs if you need some. 60% tackle, Breaking Bad get rid of dead bodies tackles in plastic boxes, no bath tubs though our kid.
