Good, solid, 3 year old domestic round. Covering Dudley area.
Approx £1200 per month ... 120 customers (all good payers). In addition gutters, soffits, conservatory roof and upvc cleans adds approximately £100-£200 per month to the income, though may be more as I don't push this side of it.
No council, all private houses. Most on a four week, very few on an eight week. Earns £15-£25 per hour as a traditional round, can't see any problem with a wfp convert but selling as traditional.
This round has been established 3+ years, unreliable customers and bad payers have been weeded out.
Looking for £4500, which I have based upon £1,000/month x 4.5 in case any should cancel on changeover.
Reduced to £3650 for quick sale ... this a bargain for a 3 year old round.
