Description of the contract:
Office cleaning services. Accommodation, building and window cleaning services.
Refuse and waste related services. Security services. Canteen and catering
services. Vending machines. As part of the Private Sector consortium?s PFI
contracts for HM
Treasury and HM Revenue and Customs at Great George Street London, Contracts
that have been running since 2002 and 2004 respectively and now the following
soft FM services are being retendered. The future contracts will be for a
maximum of 5 years, will
be required to be delivered to a very high standard and will also be subject to
a Payment Mechanism deduction scheme. As security at the building, which covers
around 90,000 sqm, is very high, all staff will require CTC clearance before
starting work.
Services will be delivered directly to SGP Property and Facilities Management
Ltd.
1. Security and Reception
2. Cleaning including Window Cleaning and General Waste
3. Confidential Waste
4. Catering Service including Hospitality and Vending
