Ash, just beacuse on this smaller machine it has a 30min timer. Which is good but I for what I use it for I like to leave it running over night. Could be a pain having to go back every 30min

Still waiting for it... should be here i would imagine Tuesday, i believe this model has a timer (0 - 120 mins) and a hold function.... watch this space

Russ the uv torch you brought to the tacca event wa superb.
Russ had a plate with a slice of cucumber on it, when he switched the torch on you could see all the spoilage bacteria in the centre where it had been sliced.

Ifs the best torch ive seen and its half the size of the others that are no where near the power.

If you do anything with contamination cleaning, this is the baby you need
