Taking a closer look at the new clamp and their seems to be a washer/spacer between the lever and clamp body which seems like another good idea.I still like the look of the phenix pole clamps though its a shame the pole don't have positive end stops Paul

I really like the pheonix clamps, used the pole solid for just over 4 weeks and not adjusted the clamps yet.Darren

Yes as mentioned, you can have positive stop on the Phoenix we may release a range with them in the future for those who want them. Very simple to add with the tape.
