I think porty and TM will be the same, it depends entirely how busy you are.

I've been absolutely stacked out for about the last 5 years so mine has been 85, but this Jan and Feb went slow so I lowered it to 65. Supply and demand.

This is the big mistake people make. Lower their prices. First thing that happened when the credit crunch hit was all our suppliers put their prices up. They new demand was going to be subdued but they weren't going to let their margins slip.

True John, my father ups his prices when slow to make up the shortfall.

Perhaps I should rethink.

I have posted a chart on here many times in the past about how percentages work by either discounting or upping your prices. Either way that discount or additional revenue has a marked affect on your profit.
