Why not just use www.aworka.com its not just round tracking software providing you put all your custys in and expenses and it will do all your profit and loss automatically . And if you have monthly direct debits you can have auto recurring expenses to save you adding them each month updating mine at weekend then printing off for acccountant. Mike
Hi everyone. I met with my accountant today. Normally I give paper copies of everything, but today he suggested I use Sage Instant to keep track of all things tax-wise instead. Does anyone have any knowledge of this system? Is it easy to use? I know that's a subjective question, but I am fairly savvy on the PC.Thanks in advance for any advice.

Do you know if I can sync my ipad to it as well?yes i use it,very good its now ready for the RTI regarding paye etcget the free trial and play around for a bit and learn your mistakesone mistake i made was inputting individuals amounts from my bank statements in reality all i had to do was add up the income from the statements and input as a whole figure for the month....just like your book keeper does
