Hose Cuff Adhesive
« on: April 08, 2013, 10:16:09 pm »
Hi guys need to do some routine maintenance involving tightening up hoses into the cuff and re-glueing etc. Does any body know the glue/device that is used on some that seams to be basically indestructible? Did I hear plastic weld (not sure if that's the right expression, but you know what i'm getting at.) mentioned once?

Joe Bristor in the USA sells 'gorilla glue' for use with cool cuffs, I'm sure there's an equivalent here.

Gorilla Glue works a treat, should be available from any good trade supplier. But its not cheap.

I bought a small bottle of Gorrilla Glue in Tesco, it wasn't too expensive and it lasts ages.  It works a treat for cuffs and you only have to use a very small amount as it expands as it dries.
