Community Trust Housing(CTH)is a community-based association which manages
a large stock transfer from Lambeth Council. The majority of stock owned
by CTH is on the Stockwell Park and Robsart Village estates, both in SW9
with a combined stock of over 1000 properties and over 20 blocks of
varying sizes. CTH are inviting expressions of interest from suitably
experienced and qualified service providers to enter into contract
arrangements to provide communal cleaning including window cleaning, to
CTH's portfolio of properties.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements
are met: 1. All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or
declaration demonstrating that they are not bankrupt or the subject of an
administration order, are not being wound-up, have not granted a trust
deed, are not the subject of a petition presented for sequestration of
their estate, have not had a receiver, manager or administrator appointed
and are not otherwise apparently insolvent.
