I made one in excel, has a lot of formulas so works out the rate and how much they owe / in credit. It took a while to build it but at £1200 for software would be a lot cheaper

Ye It would depend how detailed it is and ideally it could do with downloading the app to a pc at the end of the day incase of a computer crash.
A few hundred, the trouble round here is there's quite a few company's doing it and generally if customers wanted it doing they were already having it done so I diversified into different areas

The main problem you may have is if you do widow cleaning now on set weeks you may have to change it for around the bins as their emptied on one day and particular times. So you can only clean them on the one day and after their emptied which for some can be after 4pm

Is the bin round your area emptied every 2 weeks as they are around here so we have to clean one area one week and the other the next. Another thing to look at is cleanit every 2 weeks or four as a few people want it doing more regularly.
Yes so not much competition so the up take may be good. What you may end up doing is having a week doing both widows and bins such as windows in the mornin and bins in the afternoon as sometimes one area you'll get a lot and other areas you won't and have a busy packed out day and a quiet day

I don't know if you have had a look at Buckit, which was designed for Window Cleaners, but we think that it would definitely help Wheelie bin washers too! It includes all the scheduling functionality and has a free trial. Note that we ARE biased as we developed the software!
