Cant believe I even wasted two emails on her!

Update:
I emailed her back on Sunday to say that I couldn't lower the price, that not all carpet cleaners are the same, etc etc. Also told her I found it hard to believe the other carpet cleaning company where able to protect her carpet for such a low price as protector is expensive, then sent her a link to chemspecs stain shield. Hinted that some people will tell her anything to get their foot in the door. I thought I had made a good case.

She then gets back to me asking what my cleaning involved and how long the drying times! eh!!! I was there last year you silly mooo!! Spent another 10 minutes explaining the cleaning process, made it a good sales pitch etc. << Don't need that! all this graft for a minimum priced job and I've not even put the wand to the carpet yet! lol

She has now gotten back to me saying thanks but she going with the other company! What a plank! her for wasting my time and me for wasting my time emailing her! Lesson learned, you cant change a tight arse!

Don't worry about it too much. A lot of customers are fickle unfotunately, especially when it comes to money.
I cleaned the carpets for a letting agent for 4 years. Ran around like a nut, dropped what I was doing if they needed something done.
Never a problem or comeback.
Then they had a change round and decided to use the cleaner (Mrs Mop with her George cleaner) from the other branch because shes also a landlord aaaaand......cheaper!
I'v filled the financial gap now.
Made me realise loyalty alot of the time is a one way street.
Thats business!!

My son in law worked for a general engineering company. About 10 employees, all being paid well, the boss v well.
Then he decided to go with a big order for digger buckets, got rid of the other machinery and took on 10 more welders. All was well for 12 months.
Then the digger bucket buyer went to another company--- everyone inc s in l out of work the company gone.
Bad business decision and no loyalty.
God must love stupid people---He made so many.
