20000 here as well but over 5 months.

Got windows conservatories pressure washing solar panels UPVC on mine.

I would hope for about 50 proper window customers once all wasters sorted out and few grand of pressure washing jobs and same for conservatories etc.

Ive got 10, 000 leaflets going out this month with a friend who is after domestic cleaning work , his staff are dropping the leaflets equipped with gps so he will know they've been done.

Because he is after domestic cleaning work we are only targeting nice areas, with big/affluent households.
The cost to me is very little for it as well , i think he is going to get one other leaflet as well , possibly a gardener or similar , so there will be 3 leaflets to each home in total which isnt ideal but it sure beats doing it myself and is at least half the cost of the cheapest qoute for dropping leaflets ive ever had , and i hate leaflet dropping myself!!!
If i only got 10 houses at £20 a month i would be very happy, and it would cover the cost and give me another days work .
I'd like to know what results you get from your 20 000 , and anyone else for that matter as its interesting to see, id be happy with 0.25 % return but im very pessimistic ,maybe it will be higher.
Im going to drop at least 5000 a month going forward to see how i get on....as well as canvass an evening a week so i can get some instant results as i need some more work due to commercial losses.

Depends on the quality of your leaflet but I'd reckon on a bit less than half a percent so about 80 to 100.

You may get 5 you may get 200 but However many you get rest assured they wont be close where you can do 2/4 from same spot which is how to earn bigger money in this game in the domestic market.

I'm about to venture out with extendable pole in hand,and as a complete novice,i have a stupid question.
when i get a flyer through MY door,i never read it,it goes straight in the green bin.
would it be a better idea to actually knock on the doors,introduce yourself and THEN pass them the flyer,they will more than likely read it than if its in with a load of curry house and pizza menus ? or is there a good reason for not doorknocking ?
as i say,i'm a beginner but this is what i'm going to do.

Why not solid door knock for 4 weeks. 5/6 days a week 3 hours a night and use your shiney leaflets to post through the houses where nobody is in.a quick way to get 200+ compact customers.
