Off topic Lee, what was the name of that company that did repairs to pumps you mentioned other week at NEC.

onthis particular carpet tile I found prochem encap the best but not by far,,,aslo reliseit didn't foam up like fusion clean n encap.

also the terry towel type pads cleaned better than white standard buff pads.
prochem was used at a dilution of 1/20 both other products used at 1/10

also mike hallidays post about diversy enhance encap foam cleaned ,,,best price iv found is £14.50 plus vat free del from arco.

I find the towell pads work the best to with the hbot in vertually all situations.

Been testing a new pad out recently which is working well with the rotary.

Surely using towel pads over normal floor pads goes against the point of encap cleaning.  Are the towel pads not absorbing soil instead of encapping it.  Are you not now going to have a load of washing to do of the towel pads.

Sounds like your bonnett cleaning with encap juice but not encapping per say.

It would make sense to absorb with a towel or bonnet if the soil load is quite heavy.

Does the Releasit mix need to be stronger for the Sprayborg?

I've used it with a Cimex at about 30:1 and got great results (too good in fact. I've done myself out of repeat work).

Its the new micro fibre scrub pad from Restoremate. Its a bit like a cross between the old charley pad and a cotton queen pad but with a micro fibre outer. Works well for both bonnetting and encapping.

The new generation of microfibres are really good. We have 4 different ones on test at the moment. As Paul says they can either be used for thei agitation
Properties, their absorbency or both.
