They more than "recommend" it, it is required by law if not tethering or footing.

Thats right Nick. But how many work to the law - so the question is do we make the film realistic?

The thing is Lee, you have to be shown to be following the Health & Safety regulations.
It's a bit like a tv programme testing a new vehicle on the road but the presenter behind the wheel is not wearing a seat belt.
Basically you have to show you are doing the right thing.
If the ladder cleaner was to fall while you are making the video you could possibly be held accountable.

I agree but the question still stands. Do we make it realistic? I guess your answer would be 'no' right?
