The guy seems a right charlie! They're all new customers so most could cancel after one clean or even before! Why would you canvas then sell it on Fleebay saying you haven't got time?

Yep that is how it had to be done there was no other way , looking back what we used to do for a window cleaning , like town houses you would need stepping one man all day just stood there now we get the same money but less work and no knocking on door to ask them to  >:( >:(move the car .

Exactly nothing wrong with that he is being footed. Your not a proper window cleaner unless you have done at least a year on ladders.....fire in the hole!

Interesting that the guy is also selling work in Selby (72 miles away) both being sold for the same reason "I WENT OUT MYSELF PICKED UP ALL THE WORK "CANVASSING" TOLD THEM I WILL START THIS WEEK BUT HAVNT BEEN ABLE TO SO................." That would be a very odd shaped round to be growing parts of it 72 miles away from each other.

Hmm, I smell...is it sheep?....it it cows?...no, it's bulls**t!

The guys selling this round are a group of canvassers.

They rang me last week asking me if I wanted to buy some work in Rossendale (home town) said they had got my number off Yell.com.

When I enquired where the work was they gave me addresses of properties that a mate of my son cleans. They claimed that they had canvassed the work and all the people they had spoken to were expecting a window cleaner to call within the next two weeks.

Needless to say I passed on the mobile number they rang me from.
