selling round

i have a couple of irons in the fire and i am thinking of selling
my round its all residential most of it has been established for over
5 years and relatively compact

i  havent got a scooby doo about these things but without going
into any real detail what sort of average x value should i be looking at.

all info welcome

You'll get all sorts if responses from 3x Upto 10x
But the truth is its only worth what someone is willing to pay.
Perhaps make details available and let people blind bid.
Take the top 3 prices and see what one you fancy. It may not be the highest bid.

Ive been aproached by a lad I know today wanting to sell his work.

For starters Ive asked him how many houses, monthly average income and areas. ... if that all checks out we then move into how do they pay ... whats access like ... how many if any need calling night before .... then I will want to meet all the customers before any money handed over.

all of this has an effect on value

EG a round that has to be called the night before, low prices, night time collecting wont be worth as much as one that is turn up and clean, shove enverlope thru door for payment with good prices.

dont think u will but will keep u updated if it comes off ............ not a massive amount prob about £1000 a month
