Hi I dont think you can delete job if they have been done,as they will have to be recorded in you finance reports.

But you can suspend the job by amending details and instead of a live job select suspend.

You have to delete all entries in the history first.

The job can only be deleted when there is no data associated with that job.

Find the job, click on it, click on histry, double click on each entry and click on delete until they're all gone. Click on exit and then delete the job.

Hi Roy and Andrew

Believe it or not I used to go through all that deleting stuff when a customer canceled for whatever reason untill I noticed the 'suspend' option.

It's surprising how many times I've then got a phone call from someone months later saying 'you used to do my windows' and I'd deleted all the data.

Now I use either the 'once only' option or the 'suspend' option. The search thing finds them suspended or not.

With the storage space of todays hard drives and the little space that the data takes up anyway, probably there's hardly no reason to delete anyone.

Unless you hate them.

cheers
