Good luck mate I had 5000 leaflets delivered and got one phone call a good mix of houses were targeted as well .

Better to do a drop of a few streets at a time then go knocking should gain you more work quicker. Mike

I guess that depends on your definition of the words 'very well'.

Knocking is considered the most effective method on here from what Ive gathered. But pushing out leaflets with something around the 1-3% return rate is really not time well spent.

good thing about leaflets is they rake in work for months even yrs afterwards. i did doorknocking and got good results but fliers worked for me quicker . its like kebab leaflets,iv got at least 3 in a drawer somewhere, dig them out every few months and thats what its about, the long haul.
a good idea that i keep thinkin of but havnt actually done, might be to put on yer flier that you  do a monthly draw for a ten pound note , that way a lot of folk will keep the leaflet to hand , and cherish it

Paying someone minimum wage to deliver them is though. Cheaper per customer than paid for canvassed work and better quality customers.

Who did you get your flyers from mate? Not my company but I hear www.weloveflyers.co.uk are pretty good for large orders.
