The contract is for an initial three year fixed period starting from
September 2013 with two annual options to extend by a further 12 months
each, resulting in a maximum total contract duration of 5 years. The
contract is for the provision of cleaning services at Pimlico Academy from
September 2013 and then also from Millbank Academy from April 2014
onwards.
The scope of the contract will be for a regular daily cleaning service
during term time and planned deep cleans outside of term time. TUPE will
apply for each of the academies.

contract will start at Pimlico Academy in September 2013. Service at

VI.4.2) Lodging of appeals

incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that
information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If
