Description of the contract:
The Department of Residence Services is involved in the provision of student
accommodation. There are currently over 2000 bed spaces which are occupied by
students holding 37 or 50 week contracts. This Framework Agreement will cover
the deep clean and
refresh clean requirements at the end of the contracts for the residences. The
deep clean process involves thorough cleaning of kitchens, communal areas of
flats, bedrooms, toilets and showers.NOTE: The authority is using PCS-Tender to
