The total School area comprises approx 16 700 sq metres.
Cleaning is required for daily cleaning and holiday time deep-cleaning to
include window cleaning of internal windows within the building; high
level internal window cleaning may be required. The requirement will be
for a 50 week per year service.
Exterior and Interior Window cleaning, High Level cleaning of the Sports
Hall together with deep-cleaning of the school kitchen to be priced
separately.
Enhanced CRB checks for all staff is a requirement. TUPE will apply.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements
are met: (1) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or
declaration demonstrating that they are not bankrupt or the subject of an
