I have had a very funny time recently. I have had 3 enquiries in the last month to quote for schools.(3 sites for 1)  a very large single site and today another large one. The problem is that schools all want doing at the same time so i have had to turn my back on the 3 siter and am currently wondering if to do the same with the very large one.  before i do, anyone think of any way that i could logistically cover the problem?

6 weeks during the summer. In my experience they are not fussed at what point during the summer they are cleaned as long as its during the holidays.

Yes the summer holiday clean is feasible but the 3 siter wanted them doing 4 times per year!  Just one of the sites is apparently the largest school in Europe!

im not taking sides by the way


the trouble i found was that unless you make a shed loads of money it wasn't worth putting back my regular work just for say a one off clean in the summer,talking more about  large secondary schools
And if you did subby it out was it worth the small profit for all the organising and any rectifying
