Multi-van

Could anyone recommend a multi van insurance company. I want to get a second van, everywhere I've tried is so expensive though. I live in a bad part of the country for insurance for starters but I'm currently paying about £800 for one van fully comp, to insure another just me without adding someone is £1300.
Then for a multi van on one policy it's over £2200. Seems a lot to me as initially the new van wouldn't be earning all day every day.
Any ideas or help appreciated.

I ensure my vans with Auto Net. Don't have multiple van policy just separate as I worked out cheaper until you have more than 5 vans (apparently)
Hope this helps.

Every year it's the same when it comes to renewal.
The best we had for two back in January was with More Than Van, quite a bit less than the rest.
Our other two are with Adrian Fluw as one is fitted out with a water tank, which always complicates things a whole lot more.
The other thing that will catch you out is the zero NCD, unless you can carry some over from somewhere else.

I've got the two vans and now the pick up, still not cheaper to get a mini fleet cover, just looking for another Transit!
Have a look at Van Xtra - I got a very reasonable price on the pick up, had to put my wife on the cover and did manage to use her 9 years no claims!

Cheers i'll have a look at the sites mentioned. Ive got 8 years NCB on my current van, shame you can't split them. I have heard someone mention there is a company that will use your NCB for both vehicles in one policy.
I'd happily get another van now and leave it sat on the drive when it's not working if insurance was £300-£500 per year, but I ain't doing it for over a grand.
My girlfriend is a nurse so I might look at that option because her insurance is always like £250-£300 per year.

For your first year A plan should be able to get you a mirror policy so you can use your existing no claims but after that you need to build another NCD
