We are about to do one similar- albeit a bit bigger next week near Derbyshire.

We prefer to work of cherry pickers - MEWP - as we find that it is much easier - normally.

Prices vary depending on height etc - you probably have yourself an amount you charge per hour/day - use this as a guideline and add on cherry picker hire etc

I find cladding can usually be cleaned from the floor, but I would need to see a pic really. Using a pressure washer, and maybe a WFP it it needs it.
It depends on access and ground surface for a cherry picker/scissor lift.

£850/1000 Depending on travel and how quick they pay. A couple of lads could clean it for £400/500 if you were skint or really needed the work.

Am i expensive ..no wonder i get no work.
I was thinking nifty@ £130 a day
Men 2x @ £250
Non caustic soap, coffee, bacon sandwiches, disposable gloves, sandbags, plant nappies ,fuel ,risk assessment, method statement etc £100
Travel to the night before for cones/tape/crime scene etc to prevent parking.(60/70 mile round trip) £100.
Interest on my payment while i wait for 28days.
Or
Two lads with a van ,waterfed pole, 5hp pressure washer, tub of TFR and a couple of cones . A couple of hundred quid each...jobs a goodun! Nothing wrong with this method and  i am not implying this is anybody on here. It would probably be how i did it if i felt that's  what the customers pocket was implying.

That can easily be cleaned from the ground

Tie one of my hands behind my back, tie both legs together and make me clean it with the pole in my mouth, if I took two hours you could shoot me dead.

Local job, no access required - piece of p*ss

I ain't pricing it because I don't want to argue with anyone (new me ;D), I have cleaned 1.5 sides of a store in one day, exactly the same as that but higher.

Good luck

Rob ;D

If you plant nappies what crop do you expect ? 5h1t  ;D With jobs like this if you do it for sensible money then they think they'll do it each year and keep it nice. Within 30 miles of home

I think he knows exactly what it is worth, there ain't no hard work involved there. I am not pricing it - what I will say is get it done early with a pole system (WFP), knock it out in an hour and the client is none the wiser.

Your reason for early works is so you don't cause drift with overspray.

I was thinking dose it in soap ,have a butty and coffee maybe a cake. Loosen all the muck of with a brush. Wash it down with the little washer. Have another  little cake. Wash and wax it so it don't go dull and it stays cleaner longer .

I'm not going to put a price on it, but no mewp needed. All done from the ground easy!
Had to see the total area but I could do that in one day. But my arms would be aching the next day!

I would price it as one long day.
